Home · Pricing

You see your accountant's full price before you pay.

No plans, no packages, no "from" prices. Your accountant sets their price for your return, and you see all of it as soon as you're matched.

For clients

One price per return, shown first.

  • One full price. It includes any GST or VAT, and it's shown before you accept your accountant's terms.
  • No Handy fee on top. Handy's fee comes out of your accountant's price, not on top of it.
  • When your card is charged. It's held when you accept. It's charged when your accountant confirms your return, or 12 hours after the match, so if either has already happened, it's charged straight away. Cancel before the charge and nothing is taken.
  • If your return needs more work, your accountant proposes a new price in Handy, and you decide.
  • Tax in both countries: one return per country, each with its own price, shown before you pay for that return.

For accountants

No subscription. A fee only on clients we match.

  • Your own clients: no Handy fee, and no subscription.
  • Clients Handy matches you with: 15% of your price, excluding any GST or VAT you're registered for, taken when the client pays.
  • Card payments: go straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe's card fees are Stripe's.
