How matching works.
For a client with returns in two countries, we prefer an accountant who covers both. A client sees one accountant at a time.
What decides a match
- Country
- The services you offer, which need to cover everything the client's return involves
- Your availability and capacity
- A shared language
- If the client set a budget, whether your price fits it
- Prices set for that country
After a match
You stay in control.
A client is matched to you
When you're available, clients are matched to you automatically, and you see who they are straight away.
You have 12 hours
To hand one back, for any reason.
You confirm, or the 12 hours pass
The client's card is charged then, or as soon as they add it, and you're paid straight to your own Stripe account.
You set your price.
The client sees it in full before they pay. We never show you other accountants' prices, and never suggest one.
Our fee
15% of your price, excluding any GST or VAT you're registered for, taken only when a client Handy matched you with pays. You're paid straight to your own Stripe account.
